“Called KSM Monday ( had already called others and Tuesday was the earliest someone could be there up to this point ) morning and gave details of what our dryer was doing to the nice lady that answered the phone promptly. She said that she could have someone out within the hour. Great, my wife left work and went home so someone would be there. A nice and professional gentleman came out to the house, was on time, and had our problem diagnosed within minutes. He waived the call fee and replaced the faulty part and gave us a 1 year warranty. The price was fair and the service was above and beyond my expectations! This is how business is earned and KSM earned ours today and in the future. Thank you.”

“Good service with quick response time and on time arrival! Pump on whirlpool cabrio washer was bad and needed to be replaced. Repair was pricier than I predicted but Mr. Sheppard discussed my options prior to replacing the part so I could make the best decision for me. Part was replaced now washer works like a charm. Hopefully it continues well beyond the 1 year warranty he provided for the repair.”
